L’Estoril is a mixed use building situated across from Larvotto Beach in Monaco. Designed by Monegasque architect Louis Rué in 1971 and constructed by J.B. Pastor & Fils., the building features a unique layout with ground-floor shops, underground parking, and residences separated by three blocks. It hosts roughly 300 apartments with the addition of offices, and the Sea facade is entirely composed of expansive terraces and adorned with balconies. The rear facade seamlessly blends long terraces with classic windows, creating a harmonious aesthetic.
