KEMPINSKI WILL OPEN IN CAP D’AIL IN 2025

Fondimmo, a real estate company that has been operating in the Côte d’Azur region for several decades, has announced the development of a luxury hotel complex in Cap d’Ail. The project has been designed by Fuksas, a world-renowned Italian architecture firm, and will be managed by Kempinski, an international luxury hotel major. The hotel complex will be situated along Avenue Marquet, a few minutes away from the city center and its port, and close to the Principality of Monaco.

The hotel will be built on a terrain with a unique topography, which had to be taken into consideration while designing the building. The architects have used six cutting planes to create curves that follow the slopes of the site. The exterior facade of the building will face east and will serve as a sun visor and a balustrade. Spread over 12,000 m² of land, the hotel complex will feature 130 rooms and suites with large terraces offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean.

The hotel will offer culinary diversity through its restaurants and bars, along with meeting and reception rooms, a spacious spa, and a fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment. The complex is designed to be sustainable and environmentally friendly, with energy and natural resources management at the heart of the design and realization of the building. The hotel is set to open in 2025, and it reaffirms Fondimmo’s ambition to strengthen its activities in the luxury real estate market as well as its status as a regional leader in this sector, making it a major player in the economic development of the region.
